The 2019 Commercial Developers Power Breakfast will take a closer look at the transformation taking place on and near the Ohio State University campus.
This has been a time of unprecedented change around Ohio State, with even more redevelopment promised in the years ahead. New student apartments are replacing aging building stock, old bars and haunts are giving way to new mixed-use complexes, and High Street is getting a new gateway to campus at 15th Avenue.
On campus, older academic buildings are being renovated, more students are living in new dormitories, and the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center is embarking on a new 840-bed inpatient tower with a price tag expected to top $1 billion to extend its recent improvements.
